The place was fully stocked, comfortable with separate beds, in a fantastic location that was conveniently close to the ski slopes.

they let us book while the hotel was closed, so there was no real heating. The furniture strongly smelled plastic but we couldn' t open the windows as it was very cold in the beginning ( we had an portable electric heater for a whole studio)

The hotel is in a very quiet nice area, the view is excellent. The rooms are large and clean.

The problems that we faced is that the hotel staff barely speaks english and it was a problem for us to communicate ; another problem was that during our staying they didn't clean the room at all although we stayed for 4 days.

I stayed at Green Life Family Apartments for a week in July and had a fantastic time. The apartment was spacious enough for four people and had a fully equipped kitchen. The surrounding nature was beautiful and the price was very reasonable. The double bed in the bedroom was incredibly comfortable, and the staff were friendly and professional. The hotel's location near the lowest ski piste made it convenient for skiing enthusiasts, although the maintenance of the slope was lacking.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

The breakfast offered butter, fresh bread, eggs and cheese. Had good sleep at the apartment with good internet, extra electric heaters, as for instance;)))

Totally perfectly pleasant stay for winter time. Hip new hotel with welcoming staff and awesome views of the mountain. Warm and huge room with free Wi-Fi. Plenty of goodies for breakfast.

Stayed in a fully-equipped studio with a nice balcony, it's right next to the ski lift and ski slopes.

The location is perfect for skiers- just next to the ski run. The hotel was very warm and clean.The kitchen has all the equipment you need to prepare a meal. The staff is very helpful.

The sofa was a little bit uncomfortable for sleeping. There was no hairdryer in the studio.

The staff was very nice and helpful! Cannot be beaten for the price.. great location, full kitchen equipment, nicely furnished and good views of the surrounding forest. 10/10

The apartment we stayed in was spacious and had a cozy stone fireplace, central heating, and an iron.

The queen studio here is really comfortable with central heating, a multi-channel TV, an exceptionally cozy bed, and a spacious bathroom.

This hotel is a wonderful value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The fully equipped kitchen in the rooms adds to the convenience of the stay, allowing guests to prepare their own meals. Additionally, the great mountain views from some of the bedrooms create a serene and picturesque atmosphere.

Service could be improved

The accommodation was neat and the staff members were friendly, my accommodation was spacious with a billiards table, the location was ideal near Studenets, and the breakfast was excellent.

The hotel's location in the basement provides a refuge from the hot sun; additionally, the slopes are close by. the room was spacious, with working heating system and nice views of the surrounding landscape.

The breakfast was not up to par, with the food options not being too satisfactory, and the coffee was worse.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the location was superb - nestled on a small street with a great mountain view. It was such a lovely place, especially surrounded by tables for feeding in the restaurant. Secondly, the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring that my needs were met throughout my stay. Lastly, the rooms were well-appointed and had all the basic amenities I needed, including tiled floors in other apartments, double beds, and fully equipped kitchens. To top it all off, I enjoyed a delicious breakfast that was included in the price.

No issues - everything was just perfect!
